Is the strategy session really free?
Yes. Free, no obligation, no follow-up sales blast. The aim is to find out whether there's a real opportunity to help and what the next step should be.
What happens on the free strategy session?
A 30–45 minute 1-1 with a CloudburstAI co-founder. We walk through how your business runs today, where the friction is, and what AI could realistically help with. No pressure, no pitch deck. Afterwards you get a short written summary and our honest next-step recommendation.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Everything is in plain English. If you can describe how your team works day-to-day, you're prepared enough — we learn how your business runs and tell you honestly where AI would help, and where it wouldn't.
Will you try to sell me a huge system?
No. Sometimes the honest answer is a small automation. Sometimes it's a Premium AI Blueprint. Sometimes it's 'AI isn't the right call right now'. We'll tell you which.
What happens after the call?
You get a short written summary of what we discussed and our honest recommendation. From there, the next step is yours — book a follow-up, kick off a Blueprint, or simply act on what we discussed.
What if we only need one automation?
That's a perfectly good place to start. A Workflow Automation build (from £1,000) is sized for exactly that — one well-defined workflow turned into a reliable, automated process.
How long does the call take?
30–45 minutes. We won't run over without checking. We won't run under just to seem efficient.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Almost never. We work around the tools you already use — Gmail, Outlook, Sheets, CRMs, calendars, chat. If a tool has an API or a webhook, we can usually wire it in.
